Juanita completes the fundamentals of “certified” appraisal reports (in your presence) for the personal property/gems/jewelry items of many purposes and intended uses. With 47 plus years of experience in grading, examination, valuation and market values her expertise is in communicating the market values within context to the client, or, to the intended user.

With a complete laboratory conforming to the necessary standards for the Master Gemologist Appraiser® designation, most diagnostics are determined including treatments, damage, or suspicious gemological activity.

Metal testing, diamond and colored stone grading , identification and period/antique issues are discussed for your full analysis of your personal property items.

The report is delivered via pdf format, with all of the Qualified Appraiser/Qualified Appraisals minimum requirements, and standards as defined by the IRS.

If the assignment is a large project with over 20 items, we will review the portfolio and assess the case with the client as need be.
